We are suppliers of name plates to retailers and wholesalers Australia wide and are now offering them to the public via eBay. We have over 20 years experience in the jewellery industry so let our master goldsmiths make a custom name for you…or why not buy one as a gift!

Each name plate is individually hand made in the metal of your choice and to the spelling you provide. At this time we offer 6 of our most popular fonts for you to choose from. All of the stones we set (if applicable) in our name plates are 100% natural…if we say it’s natural, then it’s the real deal! All our products are manufactured and finished to the highest standards.

We use 16" (40cm) chains. This is a standard choker length which allows the name plate to sit just below the collar bone. We have found this to be a perfect name plate length for almost every female frame. If you require something longer, let us know with your order and we will provide a chain of 18" at no extra charge. If you’re unsure, measure something you already have. For younger children we will shorten the length accordingly, for larger frames we will gladly supply a longer chain if needed. All measurements are inclusive of the nameplate. All chains are of the same colour and carat as the nameplate.

We are happy to take any special requests. If you’re after something you don’t see, or have your own idea drop us a line. We’ll be happy to work with you and set up a special ebay listing to accommodate. Name plates can be be made from almost any font. Hyphens and special characters are possible.

Payments

Payments should be made within 5 days of purchasing. If you cannot make payment within 5 days of the auctions' end, please contact us to let us know you require more time. We are flexible! Please be courteous and don't leave us wondering :)

PayPal, Branch Deposit, Internet Banking and Money Orders.

If paying into our nominated bank account, please leave your ebay user ID as a reference. If your banking institution doesn't allow letters (words) as a reference method then please use your postcode as a reference. Do not leave the ebay item number as a reference as there are multiple buyers from each listing and it is impossible to tell same price payments apart from one another.

Postage

We always offer FREE postage on all our items.

All items are sent in the yellow Express Post satchels. This allows for all orders to be traced for our piece of mind.

Items are securely packaged in a gift box and bubble wrapped for protection.

For security reasons, pick ups are NOT available.

At this time we do not sell to buyers outside of Australia, unless with prior arrangement.

If you find a problem with your purchase, please contact us prior to leaving feedback - we will always resolve the issue.

A full refund or replacement will be issued in the rare event of faulty workmanship or a mistake on our part, items must show no signs of alteration or abnormal wear.

We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind.

Some other stuff....

All our items are made from the best materials available. We do NOT sell plated, bonded or gold filled items.

Our gold items are exactly what we state...solid, real 9ct gold and hallmarked 375. Our silver items are solid, real sterling silver and hallmarked 925. The chains supplied with each name plate is of the same colour and carat as the name plate itself and also individually hallmarked.

All stones used (where applicable) are completely 100% natural. We do NOT use synthetic or lab created stones.

All items are individually handmade by an experienced and qualified jeweller. All aspects of this product are manufactured 'in house' in our Melbourne workshop. Only ready-made chains are purchased from local manufacturers. We always endeavour to use Australian materials and support local suppliers and services.

Please understand and take into consideration that our products are not stock items and each name plate is individually handmade to your specifications. Unfortunately we cannot ship within minutes of receiving your order! As you can imagine, these are labour intensive and during peak times it can take a little longer than the 7 days quoted. Although in some instances you may receive your item in as little as a few days. If you require the item by a specific date, please let us know and within reason, and where we can, we will give the order priority. We are not mind readers....we have no way of knowing you require it for your best friends birthday this coming Saturday! Communicate with us and we will always do our very best.

We are at the mercy of Australia Post and things don't always go to plan. If you believe your item is way overdue, please send us a message, we will have it traced properly and we will resolve the problem.
