FAQ

Do you have any other sizes?
We can make our seals in any size, however this will affect the number of seals your will receive per page.
If you would like a larger size please email us with the dimensions and we will let you know how many will fit per page. The price per page will remain the same.

I need more seals than 1 sheet but not enough to purchase 2 sheets, can i buy individual seals?
As our machinery can only take A4 sheets as a minimum size, we are only able to offer full sheets of seals.
We are unable to do half sheets.

Can the date style be changed to the American format?
Yes, in both the short 02.14.09 or long February 14th 2009 style. Just let us know after you make your purchase.

I would like to put more wording on the seals than you have pictured. Is this possible?
Wording can be added to our printed seal. If the amount of text seem too much we will email you a proof before printing.

Can you insert the guest name on the seals?
All the seals must have the same details, we are unable to change the wording for each label.

Do you have a bulk rate?
Due to the large quantity of orders over ebay, we have made all our orders available at the wholesale price. Only orders higher than 10 sheets will receive a higher discount.

Can i have a different size made?
Yes the size can be made larger, but only in proportion and in full sheets. See charts below for sizes and qty per sheet.

PACKING


Packing Your Order All care is taken to prevent the surface of your seals from scratching during the postal process. Our seals are sent as flat sheets. They are placed between two sheets of box board and have a tissue paper interleaving placed on every facing page. We supply an Australian Tax Invoice. All parcels are clearly labeled.

Regular post:

As there is no way to track regular post you will need to make sure you address is correct as items we only be resent if they are received back by return to sender.

Registered post:

Registered post is the only way to ensure that an item is delivered to the stated address. A unique identification number for each article is given, a proof of posting stamp is given to the sender when lodged, a signature will be obtained on delivery and items that are declared lost by Australia Post will be redone and sent at no charge.

Express post:

Express post is the same as regular post only quicker and with a tracking number. This number will only tell if the parcel has been delivered, it will not be able to confirm where. Please make sure your address is correct. Australia Post do not guarantee next day service to all areas of Australia.
