• Professional colour correction and retouching services are optional from additional $20 per photo . In this auction, we use your photos as they are as most of our clients are professional. (though sometimes we can crop them for better page designs) and you should be responsible for your photo's quality. If the photos you provide are not good enough for our job, we will advice you.

Just send us your one  photo and texts to be included in the poster. We will do the rest.
If you want design by yourself, we will provide the template to work with.

1. Send us your high resolution digital files at least 100dpi within 3 days of the end of auctio. High resolution files usually provided by photographer on a CD(DVD). High resolution - low compression jpgs are recommended.*
   * We assume that you have legal rights to own those files and use them for non commercial purposes. If you do not own your files, we need "usage release" from your photographer to avoid copyright dispute.
   
   
2. Design confirm - If your page layouts are good enough for our work, we will email you the design confirmation within a week.
   
   
3. Goes into manufacture. it takes about 2 weeks depending on our workload.
   
   
4. The album is sent by Australian Post within 2 working days.

If you want to design by yourself, send us one of width 16X59" design image.
For the design by us, provide us with several photos and we will seek design confirmation from you.

The simple way is just to post us the digital images on CD(or DVD). Our address will be shown when you checkout or request us.

If you want multiple identical prints, you should order them at the same time as your digital images will be deleted after completing your order so we cannot process the same order again.

Frames, regardless of the quantity, are shipped within 3 weeks after your final approval of our design and the payment.

Please don't argue with our Shipping $ Handling policy. The postage is not negotiable.

The parcels with dimentions exceeding 105cm in length and 140cm girth should be picked up.

All sales are final, non-cancelable and non-refundable as all our products and services are customized for you. We refund or exchange only when the item we customized for you is faulty.

The faulty item may be returned to us for a refund of your full purchase price including postage when you notify us within 7 days of delivery of your item. You must email first for a return authorization number, and no item can be returned without a written authorization number. All items must be inspected by customer upon delivery. If any box looks dented or damaged in any way, the driver must make a notation and should mark any damages. Boxes opened later and then damage noticed without driver making notation, is considered concealed damage. Some shipping companies do not always cover full refunds on concealed damage items. We are not responsible for damaged incurred during shipping.
