THIS VERY CUTE CUBBY HOUSE, IS IN VERY GOOD PRELOVED CONDITION

THERE IS SOME NORMAL COLOUR FADE, DUE TO THE SUN. MAINLY ON THE ROOF.

THERE IS A VERY SMALL CRACK IN THE ROOF ABOVE THE FRONT DOOR.STILL WATER TIGHT.

IT NEEDS A BIT OF A CLEAN INSIDE DUE TO THE DUST STORM.I WILL TRY TO DO THIS.

ALL GREEN SCREW ONS ARE THERE.PICTURE SHOWS ONE MISSING FORGOT TO PUT IT ON FOR PHOTO.

THE FRONT AND BACK PANELS ARE APPROX 130CM WIDE X 115CM HIGH

THE TWO SIDE WALLS ARE 115CM WIDE X 88CM HIGH

THE ROOF IS 160CM LONG X 110CM WIDE

THE HEIGHT IS MEASURED AT THE HIGHEST POINT

THE DOOR KNOB TURNS TO UNLOCK/OPEN THE DOOR

THE RED SHUTTER WINDOWS PUSH OUT TO OPEN.THEY ARE ON BOTH SIDES OF THE CUBBY

THIS ITEM COMES APART FOR  STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
