If you change your mind you can return the product within 7 days of receipt for a full refund providing the product is returned in a resalable condition. This refund DOES NOT include the postage charged at the time of purchase and will also be minus the original eBay listing and selling fees. Please note we cannot refund any shipping costs you incur by returning the item either. Before returning the item, please email us for a return authorization. You should take care to ensure the item is returned undamaged, unused and in a resalable condition. Please ensure that all returns are sent back to us by recorded delivery (insured) as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns. If any items are damaged or lost your refund will reflect this.
For courier items, please ensure you check the box and the item upon delivery for any signs of damage and the delivery note is signed accordingly (i.e. if damaged, sign for the delivery as “DAMAGED”), or your claim for a replacement/refund will not be considered. You must inform us by email within 48 hours of delivery. The damaged goods should then be returned to us for a replacement/refund (refund will include original carriage charged if courier has damaged or lost goods providing I am informed within stipulated time).
Please note, if you do not inform us of damage caused by transit within the stipulated time we will be unable to provide you with a refund or replacement. Please ensure you are clear on these points above before ordering.
