It is supplied with original box, instruction manual, connection cables, charger, original software (never installed) and ONE EXTRA CANON ORIGINAL BATTERY. No memory card is supplied. Reason for selling: I have upgraded to 5D MK2. This auction is for Australian local bidders only. Local inspection and pick up at Sydney CBD is most welcome. Free Registered Mail for paying by bank deposit or COD. **** please read on if you concern my two negative feedbacks ****** Case 1: I sold my Leica 35mm f1.4 ASHP to a professional online photographic shop in Brisbane at over $3100 Aus dollars. The buyer start complaining the lens hood was cracked and demanded for PARTIAL refund. Since I have no knowledge of the hood was cracked when I was putting it up for auction and I was trying to be faithful and honest to any genuine buyers, I immediately offered to replaced a brand new lens hood. A few days later after I have offered the hood replacement, the buyer started sending me emails outside ebay and claiming that the lens barrel is loosen and asked for PARTIAL refund again. I urged the buyer to communicate with me within ebay system but the buyer refused and claimed it will take time and money to resolve the issue. Finally I stopped replying to his emails outside the ebay system. The buyer subsequently filed a dispute via PayPal and I immediately escalated the case for PayPal to begin investigation. During the lengthy investigation process, I tracked down the buyer was selling the lens via his online shop. The buyer described the lens is flawless and the lens barrel is soft. The lens was finally sold to an American buyer at over $3400 US Dollars !! Surely the case was closed and the claimed by the buyer has been unsuccessful, the buyer then left a negative comments on my account. Unfortunately ebay does not have the system to reject or reverse any invalid negative feedback. I believe the buyer was using some dirty tactics that to win the auction with good price then start soliciting partial refund by all means to reduce the original winning price, or otherwise leaving you a very unpleasant ebay experience and a unforgettable negative feedback !! Case 2: I sold my Leica polarizer to a guy in Canberra ACT. This guy did not communicate nor make payment within the first three days after the auction is closed. The buyer was the only bidder and thus the winner of the auction. I sent a email to this guy on day 4 after the auction ended and asked for payment. I said if no payment received within the next two days I will re-list the item and leave a negative feedback remarking no payment is made. The guy finally sent the payment on day 7 (same no communication) but left me a negative feedback saying that I don't know the ebay communication practice ?!! So learning from these two cases, I prefer to sell my items to known bidders (NO 100% positive feedback but PRIVATE bidders). I prefer the winning bidder to inspect the item first before they pay for it. And therefore strictly NO REFUND of any kind will be made. Thank you for your understanding !!! |
