The Canon BG-E2N Vertical Grip/Battery Holder adds a vertical shutter release, and is compatible with up to two BP-511, 511A, 512, 514 Lithium-ion battery packs, or six AA batteries with included battery holder BGM-E2. The BG-E2N provides additional shutter release, main dial, AE lock/FE lock and AF point selection controls for easier vertical shooting

Payment & Shipping

Shipping by registered airmail by Hong Kong Post. Normally it will take 1-3 weeks arrive in most countries( however some mails can be delayed as it depends on the post office at buyer's country. Italian post is the longest in the world and may take up to two months to arrive, Italian buyers please be patient.)

Buyer's option to pay extra GBP15 to upgrade to ship by EMS/UPS/FedEx.

We don't offer combined shipping. Buyer needs to pay shipping for every item he bids and we only give certain discount of shipping for additional items. (Few buyers franchise this by paying only one shipping but want us to ship all items he bids, this is not accepted by us.)

We ship to most places in the world, including: UK, Europe, USA, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

Some locations (eg. Eastern Europe/Africa/Middle East/South America/South Asia/Former Soviet Union Countries) may require extra shipping cost, please email us for shipping quote before placing a bid. We reserve the right to decline shipment to certain destinations.

Custom fees, import duties, VAT/GST and/or other taxes may be imposed by your country and are payable by the buyer.

Return / Exchange Policy

Please notify us within 7 days from date of delivery if the item you receive is not as described.

All items considered for exchange or refund must be returned in "as new" condition, complete with all packaging materials, otherwise the item will be considered used item and may be considered for trade-in purposes only.

Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of return postage. Shipping and insurance costs will not be refunded.

We will arrange for a replacement to be sent as soon as the item is received by us.

Items found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's expense.

We're sorry but there will be no returns accepted due to changing your mind (or your spouse/significant other changing your mind for you).

Warranty

All new items are covered by us for one year warranty for factory defects(will not provide with factory warranty unless stated, we understand the now almost not possible for buyers to get service in their countries even with factory warranty, so it is very important to deal with reliable sellers like us for after sale service).

All used items are covered by us for 3 months warranty for factory defects.

Buyers will pay for fixation charges for damage due to unproper usage and shipping cost in and out if find it not factory defect.

Import Duty/ GST/ VAT

In many countries, there is no additional import duties, tariffs and/or taxes imposed. However Import duty/VAT/GST may be imposed by your country. The buyer shall be responsible for finding out if any such duties are applicable.

We will endeavour to do all we can to minimise tax/duties liability by declare lower value or as gift upon request by buyers. However, the buyer shall be responsible for any and all such costs imposed by customs in their country and the brokerage fee by courier service.
