This item is covered by a 12 months Return To Base warranty. Should any issues arise with this item within the 12 month period, we will happily repair or exchange the item dependant on the situation. Please note that all warranty claims are subject to pre-assessments. We will not cover any intentional damage or damage caused by misuse under the standard warranty.

- All warranty requests will need to first be investigated by our RMA department. Warranty on all items will need to be processed within the warranty date, being 12 months from date of purchase. We will not be held responsible for any physical damage caused to the device. We hold the right to refuse warranty on items displaying physical or intentional damage. All items are strictly covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.

- Even though we make all attempts to have your items delivered within the given time constraints, in some instances delivery times may be delayed. Please note that we take no responsibility for delayed items, although all items will be dispatched through a tracked Courier Service. Should your item be delayed, please contact our orders department and we will track the progress of your delivery.

- The item listed above is the Kiss X3 or more commonly known as the EOS 500D. These two items are identical in both specifications and features. The only difference is the name used on the items. This item is covered by our 12 months warranty, giving you complete piece of mind on your purchase.

- If we are unable to repair the products due to lack of availability of spare parts during the warranty period, a replacement will be made with the same or an equivalent model based on it's current market value. The Extended Warranty operates on the same terms & conditions as the Manufacturer's Warranty for the period of the extension. Our warranties generally cover parts and labor costs resulting from a mechanical or electrical failure of the camera caused by defects in workmanship and/or materials. This warranty does NOT apply if it is shown that the defect or malfunction was caused by:
  - Misuse and abuse
  - Tampering
  - Alterations and modifications
  - Damage as a result of accident, liquid, grit, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations
  - Removable batteries and damage caused by leakage of those batteries
Accessories that are NOT covered under the terms of the warranty include flashes, batteries, power adapter, digital media, software, LCD, lenses and additional accessories, other expenses or consequential damages.
