You're bidding on an EX1 camcorder body, without lens or battery. This camera was the XL1 of its era, with excellent manual controls. The unit has an audio fault (noise during recording) and was inspected by Canon in 1999, but not repaired. It has been stored securely with body cap attached, and not been used since. Because the battery is not present I have no way of powering up the camcorder to check on its current condition, and so it is sold without any guarantee. However, I have no reason to believe that there is anything wrong with it apart from the stated fault (which is during recording only – so probably only in the microphone circuit). You can collect from London E8 or I will despatch worldwide; UK postage will be £10; Europe £20 (maximum), ROW £45 (maximum – perhaps much less, depending on exact location).
