HDFX Electronics is a registered business, based in Melbourne, Australia and mainly sells top brand name cameras and electronics.  All our products are brand new in their original boxes exactly like the ones in your local retail stores.  The reason why we can offer discounted prices is because we import them directly from overseas and our company offers the 12 month insurance period.  Typically, our cameras will be sent from our overseas warehouse directly to you, however we do also carry stock in Australia.  

We are just commencing selling on ebay to also give members the opportunity to purchase quality, brand name electronics below the recommended retail price.    We provide you with a tax invoice for you to retain for any warranty issues.  As mentioned, our cameras come with 12 month warranty, return to base (Melbourne, Australia).  Warranty provided is in Australia so you don't have to freight your camera overseas which can be costly if any issues arise during warranty period.  Please refer to our warranty section for further information.

All sales are final.  No returns unless item received is damaged, DOA (dead on arrival) or not as described on our listing.  Money back will be given for DOA items and must be reported within 24 hours.  Also, please note that item must be returned within 7 days to avoid any return surcharge fee.  

Buyer will be responsible for cost of returning merchandise.  For sending items back to seller, buyer must use postal service with tracking and insurance. Buyer must dispatch defective item with all original factory packaging in the same condition that it was received.

Any returned items that have any sign of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.

Firstly please note that warranty period is for 1 year from date of purchase and is only valid against manufacturer defects, not damages that result from accident, abuse, misuse, physical or water damage or operational errors.

If for some reason the camera is faulty within this period, please contact us firstly with a detail description of the problem and then you will be issued with a return authorisation (RA) number.   It is buyers responsibility to pay for return freight to HDFX Electronics in Melbourne, but we will pay for freight to return merchandise back to buyer.  For returning merchandise back to us, buyer must use courier company that offers tracking and insurance and must include all original packaging and manuals etc. securely packaged.

If problem with camera is due to manufacturer defects as stipulated above, HDFX Electronics will be responsible for repair costs during warranty period.  Buyer just needs to pay for freight costs back to HDFX Electronics in Melbourne. 

• Buyer must send payment within 5 days of purchase. 
• The item will be shipped within the same day or next day after full payment is cleared
• Goods will not be sent to PO BOXES
• Warranty only covers against manufactures defects and does not cover damages that result from accident, abuse, and misuse of the camera
• For sending items back to seller, buyer must use postal service with tracking and insurance. Buyer must dispatch defective item with all original factory packaging in the same condition that it was received
• Buyer will pay freight cost of sending items and seller will pay for return back to buyer
• All our camera products are brand new in their original boxes, not seconds or refurbished
• If you don't choose to take transit insurance, buyer will not be responsible for any lost items
• All sales final. No refunds. Money back only in the case of defective item.  For defective items (DOA) on arrival, buyer must report DOA to seller within 24hrs and has 7 days to return item back to seller 
• HDFX Electronics will not be held liable for any personal or physical injury or damage caused by the purchase of this item
