All items purchased require funds to clear before they can be despatched.
We will then despatch the item within 48 hours to your nominated address.
If your identifiable and cleared payment is cleared in our account by 1.00pm AEST, then it wil be possible to despatch the item/items the same day.
Goods addressed to PO Box will be sent via Australia Post ( "REGULAR" postage option)
We will not be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage to any item if this option is chosen.

Postage/shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will not be refunded for any returned items, irrespective of the reason for return.
Goods which are returned for whatever reason may only be returned if the goods are in their original packaging and in saleable condition. You must include all original packaging and all associated accessories and/or bonuses that were provided with the item.
Re-stocking fees will apply.
Returns will only be accepted with a corresponding Return Authority Number provided by GreenGage Printer Supplies.
Goods must include your details, including eBay User id and item no and appropriate written explanation including possible fault with the product.
The customer is solely responsible for all charges relating to sending goods back to us and it is also recommended that you use registered post to safeguard your delivery.
Please note that Goods are not replaceable under warranty until returned and inspected by our technical staff.
If we cannot repair your item within the warranty period we will replace the unit with the same or similar product at our discretion.
We will return (repaired or replaced goods under warranty) at no cost to you.
If goods are returned to us under warranty and we find that there is no fault found we reserve the right to charge you a No Fault Found Fee (maximum of up to $50.00AU) to cover the related costs of inspection and postage.
This fee, or part thereof, is to be applied at Greengage Printer Supplies' discretion.
