Overview The new flagship Speedlite 580EX II Flash, with maximum Guide No. 58 (meter; ISO100; 105mm), supports E-TTL II/E-TTL/TTL autoflash and features 20% shorter recycle time than previous generation and silent recycling. A host of improvements are introduced, including a metal hot shoe with an improved locking mechanism for added durability, an external metering sensor for non-TTL automatic flash exposure control and a PC Terminal for use with non-dedicated slave triggers. Fully compatible with all EOS SLRs, the new Speedlite 580EX II is gasketed for dust and moisture resistance, making it possible for users to use flash safely when shooting in dusty or wet environments with EOS-1Ds Mark III/EOS-1D Mark III.

Return & refund Policy

DCTRADE offers a 7 days exchange policy only if the sold item is found defected by the manufacturers. The defective item will be exchanged for the same model only if the following listed return guidelines are matched:

The items must be returned in NEW condition and with all of the original manufacturer’s packaging, which including cartons, boxes, instruction manuals, blank warranty cards and copy of customer sales invoice.

All return items must be packed securely and appropriately for shipping. Each box must be accompanied with a return authorization (RA) number, which will be issued by DCTRADE once we approve the returns. Please place the RA number, which given to you by DCTRADE, on at least two sides of the carton that is being returned. We will not accept any returns without RA number on them.

Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipment. DCTRADE will not pay for any return charges.

Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
Replacement items will be exchanged within 7 days from the day the customer received the original item. After the return period has expired, please contact the manufacturer to resolve any problems with your equipment.
