Return Policy
My Green Way Stores strives for customer satisfaction in all that we do. Because customer satisfaction is the primary goal of our business, we consider our Return Policy a vital part of our relationship with the customer.
New Items
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any merchandise within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding a nonrefundable 20% restocking fee and any shipping costs you incur. All returns must be in like new or unused condition, in the original packaging, and include all instructions, warranty cards, and original accessories. We strongly recommend that the buyer saves the shipping box and the protective material until the warranty period ends.
Canceling an Order
We make every effort to ship all orders within hours after being processed. Due to the expedited nature of our shipping department, please contact customer service at 1-877-693-9291 within the first 24 hours after placing your order if you wish to cancel your order. If the item has already shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order. In such an event, refer to our Return Policy above. Any order that is refused is charged a 15% restocking fee.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare situation that you experience damage to the order you receive, note it on the delivery paperwork you sign, and contact us as soon as possible. In the event that the shipping carton is obviously damaged, please refuse the order from the shipping company, and contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement product or replacement parts to be rushed out as quickly as possible. In the event a replacement is delivered to you before the original shipment is returned to us, you are responsible for cooperating with the return of that item. If a damaged item is not returned to us, we will charge your credit card for that non-returned item.Used items
Time to time we will sell items that for some reason don't qualify to sell as NEW (overstock, open box, damaged box, display model, accessory missing, clearance etc). These items will be tested by professionals and will be described in the most accurate honest way. There will be no surprises upon delivery. These items also can be returned. The buyer has three days or 72 hours to test the item and notify us if it is not as described. After the three day period ends, used equipment has a 30-day Parts and Labor warranty from My Green Way Store if the item does not qualify for manufacturers warranty program.
All returned merchandise must be in the same condition as sold, with all included accessories as sold. If they are not, My Green Way Stores reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 20%.
