If when you receive your item & you find a manufacturing fault we will repair the fault, if it cannot be repaired, we will replace the item with the same new piece of replacement furniture. If the buyer is not home to receive delivery on the date arranged with the buyer, the buyer must pay the redelivery fee which the transport company will require to be paid before a redelivery can be rearranged.
