The Car-Bin comes with a plastic bag dispenser (located within the base) ensuring there’s always a plastic bag in the bin. You can now keep your bin neat and clean without the contents touching the bin itself. 
Once the plastic bag is full all you need to do is tie it, take it from the bin and then tear off the new bag. Now you are all set to go.
