If we have misdiscribed an item's condition we will not only refund the purchase price, but the postage cost in both directions. It is our belief that a purchaser should not be out of pocket due to an error on our part. The refund of postage is at our discretion. If an item is not as the buyer thought when they purchased it, different colour or size to expected, we will refund purchase price only. |
