Casey is a young man on a mission, having nearly captured the World 250cc GP title two years ago and then spending a recruitment year in MotorGP in 2006. Casey now leads the 2007 World Championship with a 60 point lead going into the final 6 rounds of the Championship, after first winning 7 of the first 12 races. To put this feet into perspective in 2006 MotoGP Champion Repsol Honda's, Nicky Hayden, only won 3 races all season.
