We also have a team of wonderfully professional staff who will take care of everything. Our finger food menus are fully flexible and our service is tailored to suit your individual needs. We can deliver the food and leave the rest to you, deliver it hot and ready to serve, or do absolutely everything and free you to enjoy your party. Just let us know what you want from the menus above and we will send you a quote. PIZZAS ON THE MOVE! Hot crispy pizza. Delicious! Make your next event a hit with a variety of freshly made pizzas! We have special pizza ovens which allow us to cook hot, crispy pizzas on the spot! Your guests can watch their pizzas being prepared and baked right before their eyes. Our toppings are endless. From mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan and bocconcini to salami, ham, chicken and seafood plus a whole myriad of fresh vegetables all available to cater to even the wildest pizza desire! Our premium pizza bases are imported directly from Pizza functions are served in a similar fashion to a fingerfood event. As each pizza is cooked it is cut into 10-12 bite-sized pieces, plattered and passed around to your guests so everyone can enjoy a variety of differently topped pizzas throughout the event. Our Pizza Package includes everything you’ll need: · A pizza oven · Pizza bases & toppings · All the necessary equipment Price per person - $17.90 (inc. GST) FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: “Can you help with staff?” Of course we can. We have a team of highly trained professionals who are perfectionists at heart, so they offer the absolute highest level of service and leave nothing to chance. They are there to compliment the mood of any occasion and turn a good event into a great one! They will bring the food to your home or venue, and then heat and serve it, top up the drinks and clean up after the event. “How many staff will I need?” That will depend on the size of your event. For example, if you invite 50 guests, then we recommend 2 staff. The cost for this will be $280 for 4 hours. “Can I serve the food instead?” Of course you can! Just choose a menu and we will deliver it fully prepared to your door on the day of the event. Your ready-to-serve food takes just 10-15 minutes to heat in your oven, with no deep frying or further preparation required. Just heat and serve. We include all the sauces and dips as part of the one affordable price. “What about drinks and bar service?” The most economical option for you is to purchase the beverages yourself and save hundreds of dollars. We can provide you with any equipment you may need such as glasses, linen and a bar serving area. We also have professional bar staff available to serve all your drinks, ice tubs to keep everything cold and of course we will clean up everything afterwards. However if money is no object, and you would prefer us to do absolutely everything for you, please request our drinks menu.
We can organise all the equipment you will need for your event, from linen, tables and chairs to glassware, crockery, cutlery and even ovens. Whatever you require, whether it be very little or pretty much everything, we will be more than happy to organise it for you. Please let us know if you would like an equipment price list. “How do I order?” When you are ready to confirm your booking, simply give us a call or email us so we can lock in the date for your function. This needs to be done as soon as possible to secure your date and to make sure we are available on that day. “Do I need to pay a deposit?” Yes, we require a 10% deposit. The balance is due on the day of your function. “How do I calculate the price?” If you are heating and serving the food yourself, calculating the price is as simple as multiplying the per person cost by the number of guests you are catering for. For example if you select the $10 per head finger food menu and you have 50 guests, the cost will be $10 x 50 = $500. If you require staff or equipment, these costs will be extra on top of the food. We can quickly provide you with a costing upon request. “What payment methods to you accept?” · Cheque: (send to: · Bank deposit (NAB BSB 083004 Account 823636800) · Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard & Amex (2.5% surcharge for Amex) · Cash on the day “When do I need to finalise numbers?” Five days before your function we will need to have your final number of guests to be catered for. “What if I need to cancel my booking?” Cancellations sometimes occur. If your cancellation is more than 7 days prior to your function, 100% of the deposit will be returned. If you do not give us at least 7 days notice, you will lose your deposit. Alternatively if you cancel and reschedule a new date at the same time, your deposit will be credited 100% to the new date. Need more information?
