Description: It's the three wise monkeys, and they are just so cute. This is a New one piece Sterling Silver charm, and of course, we have See No Evil, Speak No Evil, and Hear No Evil. They have a soft patina, and besides being great advice, they are simply adorable, and would be just perfect for your character charm bracelet.
The three monkeys are usually thought to come from a 17th century Japanese legend, their Japanese names are Mizaru, Kikazaru and Iwazaru. But apparently, they were brought to Japan in the 8th century by a Buddhist monk. In Buddhist tradition, they are connected with the god Vahjdra, and the promise of the god is that if we don't speak, hear, or see evil, we will be spared evil.
