• All goods are well packaged however damage during transit can occur. Transit insurance is not included as we are not responsible for goods damaged in transit, optional transit insurance is strongly recommended, and you will be protected against theft or damage during transit .
• Shipping is door-to-door, via couriers. Someone must be available at the delivery address (street address, not PO Box!) to take delivery and sign for the item. All items will be marked as Authority to leave, and the delivery company will leave the goods in a safe place if no one to sign the items. If the package is stolen anytime after the delivery has been made, you will not be covered by insurance.
• Please check the conditions of the items delivered before sign and receive them, and contact courier and us immediately if there were any damages. All reported damaged items must be kept in original, unassembled conditions for courier/us to check, otherwise we are unable to help you to claim the insurance, or exchange/return. We are unable to accept the return of any items have been assembled.

• This item comes as flat packed boxes, big one is 1.7m long x 1.05m wide
• All items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment have been confirmed, but can take up to 5 to 10 business days.
• Transit insurance is optional for $10.
• Local personal pick up is available in Midland, Perth, with $25 handling fee, during business hours,  all payment must be cleared before arranging pick up and at least 1 business day notice is required. Pick up details will be available after payment cleared.
