Q: How much is the postage?
A: Please use your postcode to check within listing's description. If you have purchased or won our product, please add the postage into the total amount. You don't need to wait our invoice, just finish check out and you will be able to pay the item via paypal or bank deposit.

Q: Do you have shop or showroom? Can we view before purchase?
A: We are pure online business, and to keep our cost as low as possiple, we don't have any brick and mortar shops/ showrooms so we can provide best quality items with lowest price on the market. We don't have any set ups in our warehouse, please check the description and photos as all the photos were taken from actual item.

Q: What kind of timber has been used?
A: As most of pet houses on the market, our products are made from Fir wood, a kind of cold weather pine. The timber has been stained for outdoor use, and like all other outdoor timber furniture, it need to be stained /painted every few years so it can last longer.
Q: How many chickens I can have?
A: 6 to 8, enough for back yard.
Q: Are your items come assembled or do they need to be put together? is there much work required if so?
A: All our items are flat packed with instruction and screws/bolts, you just need a screw driver, prefer handhold one.
Q: Does it has wire at the base? Is this chicken coop fox-proof?
A: No wire at the base, and it's not fox-proof. Fox can dig so you need to put it on the paving or contrete, or do something else for fox-proof.
Q: What's the estimated delivery time?
A: Usually delivery will be made overnight for major cities, or within 2 to 3 business days to other areas,, unless you are very far away from us, or you are in the remote location list. Delivery details with consignment number and courier's contact details will be sent to you once pick up has been booked, so you can track it via phone or online.
Q: My item has more than one box, but I have only received one, what should I do?
A: Don't worry, it happens all the time with all the couriers, it might be delivered to you tomorrow or next business day! Just give a call to courier, they will follow up!
Q: I still couldn't find my answer!
A: Please email your questions to us, we will answer your question ASAP, usually within 24 hours, but sometimes will be 48 hours to 72 hours.
