Once your child has grown out of a booster seat The harness can be used on the normal car back seat from 26kgs to 32kgs (approx 10 year old child) as shown in photo

Harnesses are important because children under 32 kgs have heavy heads and torsos that can be thrown forward Violently in crashes

With a harness securing them your child can avoid injuries to the head, spine and abdomen.

From 18 kgs till Until your child weighs 26 kgs or 7 years old they should use a booster seat in conjunction with the harness.

Fully compliant for the New Child Restraint Laws

which come into effect Australia Wide on 1st November 2009

As this crash test below shows, a Child Harness is a much safer option

than an Adult Seat Belt 

Child in the Adult Seat belt their body twists sideways, shoulder almost comes out of adult seat belt.

Child Harness over both shoulders prevents their small bodies twisting and holds the child secure across the chest as show in the child sitting on the far side of the screen who is wearing a full harness.
