Payment:
We accept payment via Pay Pal, Internet Bank Transfer, Money Orders or Bank Cheque.         
       Once payment has been cleared an email will be sent with your tracking number. Please allow a few days for Bank Transfers or posting your payment.

Shipping & Delivery:

• Our items are dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment being received (BPAY may take longer).
• All items are sent via Australia Post eParcel service, regular Australia Post or courier.
• Please allow for a delivery time of up to 10 working days from the date your item is dispatched..
• Please note there is no dispatch or delivery on weekends or public holidays.

  Return Policy:

We are committed to offering you a safe and pleasant shopping experience so if something does go wrong, we are here to help you! If your item arrives damaged or "dead on arrival", we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.  If your item develops a fault after delivery, we will assess your claim and offer a replacement, full refund or store credit where appropriate.

We deliver your Products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your items, our carrier (Australia Post eParcel) will leave a card so you can pick-up your Product from your local Post Office. Where delivery is by our courier service and no-one is available to take delivery, they will leave a card requesting you to telephone them to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.

We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your Products to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your Order Confirmation; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame.

If your item arrives damaged you must mark the Delivery Docket as "DAMAGED GOODS" prior to signing. "Insurance claims MUST be made within the first 48 hours after delivery. Failure to make a claim instantly will result in you forfeiting your right to make a claim. Original packaging MUST be kept, and digital photos need to be taken of the unopened package, the inside of the packaging and the damaged item itself."

Some of our stock are shipped directly to our customers from our distributors. Therefore, on the rare occasion, an item may be out of stock before we have removed our listing on eBay. Please be assured the item was in stock when it was originally listed. If for any reason this occurs, you will receive a full refund. We apologise for any inconvenience if this does occurs.
