Goods are checked before posting, however if faulty on delivery returns will be accepted with 7 days of arrival of goods.  We offer exchange or a refund if a replacement is not available. Goods must be in original condition, not tampered with in any way.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

 

 

 Payment must be made within 5 days, If you cannot do so please contact us as a matter of urgency. We accept almost anything in payment apart from cash, seashells, or anything that breathes. We prefer bank deposit because all other modes of payment will incur some delay while payment either transfers to our account or until we get to the bank.
 

 

 

We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you require your shipment urgently please let us know sooner rather than later. Australia Post prepaid satchels are used as a matter of course. Charges for satchels are 500gm - $6.90, 3Kg - $10.90. Purchases over $50 must be registered. If you require proof of posting or insurance then registered post is mandatory at an additional cost of $3.00. Insurance of the shipment is the buyers responsibility and we accept no liability for items once they leave our hands.
