• Please do not bid if you are not willing to pay
• Every effort is taken to describe items as honestly and accurately as possible, if you have any questions, please email us before placing a bid - we're more than happy to answer them!
• Winning bidder, please contact us within 3 days of auction closing - payment is expected within 7 days of auction ending unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Unpaid items will be reported to eBay.
• Miss Daisy Creations uses Australia Post tough bag/prepaid satchels for delivery and to protect your items from damage.   
• We are happy to combine postage so save & check additional items from other listings
• It is important that you give us the right address, as returned orders are the responsibility of the recipient if the address we received is wrong. 
• Miss Daisy Creations is not responsible for service transit time.  Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
• Miss Daisy Creations cannot be held liable for lost parcels.
• Registered mail can be arranged at an additional cost, please ask.
• We will send you an email once the item has been posted.
• Unfortunately we do not refund if you decide you don't like the item.
• Please don't leave us negative feedback - if you are not happy with your item please contact us first.
• We leave feedback for all transactions and ask that you kindly do the same.
