Warranty: 3Months RTB (Return to Base) warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. The warranty covers only the hardware defects and DOES NOT cover any physical damage and any software related problems. If the product should arrive DOA (Dead on arrival, totally non functional) please inform us within 7days of receipt and we will either repair, replace or refund at our discretion. All items returned must be packed same/similar packaging as received. Warranty does not cover consumables parts of product eg batteries/toner ink etc unless otherwise stated.
Buyer agrees to pay all return/replacement freight costs.
