we are relisting this item as we are not able to contact the buyer. This is a used Cobra 2000 GTL 40 channel AM/SSB CB ham radio. We will be selling this "as is" as we have not tested it. We can tell you though that when plugged in it does power on and when the dial is moved the numbers change. When the switches are flipped on, the sound can be heard in the speaker so I would think that the speaker does work. In fairly good overall condition, though it does have tiny paint flecks on the exterior, the chrome is not as shiny as in photos and will need some cleaning. The gauges do not move, but I'm not sure if this is normal or not, as it is not connected to an antenna, also there is no mike included. This is a big item so we would suggest asking shipping cost before bidding, especially International bidders. We charge actual shipping only, feel free to email with any questions.
