Cole 35 custom fixed keel ocean yacht ( need work first)

History

built in 1970 as a cole 35 custom

& spent some of her life in brisbane & sailed to sydney

in the 80s  & sailed in many races including

1 sydney to hobart mnay times

2  pittwater to lord howel race

3 sydney southport

4 many more over 10,000 ocean miles

current condition

the bad first

1 most if not all deck to be replaced rot

2 rot in main bulkhead ,slipped 3 years ago

3 engine not running sezied

Now some good

1 hull cold moulded looks good fiberglass & timber

2 ten sails & sea anchors & other anchors

3 good hardwear winches etc nav instrements

4 nice fit out show sinks etc , nav station vhf uhf etc

5 has been in Category 1 for offshore racing

6 fast hull good looking hull racing or crusing

please note this is a major project this yacht can't be sailed

away please don't bid at all if you don't have a plan

i think a good way would be to remove this yacht from the water

do work in shed , inspections very welcome by appointment

current mooring fees $ 330 pm

towing if needed $ 150 per hour

the mooring fees will be charged to winning bidder from end of auction

no reerve some one will get a bargain
