Colnago Mexico 80s frame decal set - choice of two

Colnago Mexico 80s decals. Redigitalised from the original '84 Mexico frame in my collection. All the decals you see are supplied with the set. This decal set is available with a black Colnago signature option if the color of your frame needs this - just message me upon purchase. These decals have also appeared on some Supers of similar vintage. Sizing is correct, as are colors, fonts and design.  The DT and ST decals have been printed on a white panel to give extreme clarity and consistency for large areas of print and the remaining have been printed on a clear with white backing which was the technique used at the time of production in the early 80s.The green backing you see is only placed there so as you can see the white lettering as the white lettering normally is on a white backing paper which comes away from the lettering during the application process. Instructions are included.

There are other sets available from ebay sellers and I would advise that you check that they are absolutely correct and have been printed with a white prime so as the colors do not fade into the frame color.  

 The original decals were notorious for becoming tatty, UV damaged or simply falling off. The sizing is right on and all the correct pin lining is there as well. Correct Colnago head badge emblem and signature supplied - although the Mexicos of this vintage did not come with the expected signature.True gold print where gold should be - not a murky brown that is so common on other styles of decal. These are adhesive, like the originals, and are simple to install. They may be clearcoated (quite safely by the way) but this is not essential as they are guaranteed color fast for 7 years.

Please note that picture two has a similar set in white that are profile cut and are suitable for those that dont want a full white panel, yet prefer the mexico layout. If you prefer this style of set, let me know and I will send.

Please note - these are remanufactured decals and are the preferred choice of many master frame refinishers worldwide due to their quality, the fact that they are new and will not shatter or fail during application .
