This container is marked Zucchero (Italian for Sugar) and is in perfect condition. It is white on the inside and the wonderful coloured pattern you see in the picture on the outside. There are no chips, cracks or missing paintwork. Inside is like new as all I stored in it were cotton buds. The photo does not do it justice - the colours are much brighter and richer than they appear on my screen. It is 12cm high without the lid and 15cm with the lid on. It is 10.5cm in diameter. It is marked S. Stefano Cam on the bottom. The series was imported into Australia by a woman who had a shop in Balmain in Sydney. She stopped importing them some time back. I have seen items in the collection elsewhere as well. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the village they come from - however they a lots of fun being so colourful.
