vintage commercial hotel cookhouse menu

measures about 9 by 11 inches.

corners are soft. heavy vertical creases throughout all pages.  in several sections

signs of handling, wear, soiling, editing of menu choices and so on.  old tape holding specials in.  specials page hand dated 1971

for commercial hotel cook house in elko nevada.  hotel, casino and more 

emphasis on steak on menu.
