Postage and handling: ALL items MUST be sent using registered/trackable post and I can not combine multiple items - this is to allow both buyer and seller protection in the case of an issue and is NOT NEGOTIABLE. Please use " www.austpost.com.au " for all postage estimates - including international postage. My postcode is 2250, and the item weighs 2.5-3kg when packaged. All items will have a $3 packaging fee added to the basic postage cost. Postage costs will be given at the end of the auction, but using the above information will help you get an indication of the available options and cost.

Delivery: eBay is not my business - I am a private seller. eBay is done entirely in my spare time and is not my highest priority. I make no gaurantees how long it may take to send your item - but it will be sent as soon as possible. If you have an issue with your item not being sent straight away, or within a set time frame, do not bid. I gaurantee that your item will be sent. This is being made clear from the start.

Payment: For Australian buyers, bank deposit is VERY much preferred, but PayPal is accepted. International payments - PayPal only.

Returns: All items are sold as is. No returns are accepted.

General: A high percentage of transactions show a positive outcome. I am not perfect - nobody is. Processes and systems are not perfect either. There may sometimes be circumstances which can not be helped. If there is an issue, do not hesitate to contact me. I believe I am a reasonable person, and will assist where I can.
