The Compaq R6000 occupies only 6U of valuable rack space because the state-of-the-art power processing system has an unsurpassed power density of 1 kW per 1U of rack space.

The Compaq R6000 UPS also incorporates Enhanced Battery Management, an exclusive, patent-pending technology that doubles battery service life, optimizes battery recharge time, and provides advance notice of the end of the battery life. The Compaq R6000 even has five load segments which provide the flexibility to configure and control separate load segments.
