Complete Powder Coating Facility

Came from a working appliance manufacturing factory that shut down --manufacturing gone to china. As far as we know everything was working fine when we removed it. We did intend to set it up out here but now we won't have the room.We don't know anything about powder coating but will answer any questions to our best ability.The gas oven measures approx 2 metres wide by 3 metres high by 3 metres long and as can be seen in the pics has compliance plates fitted .It is a "roll through" oven with two pneumatically operated , vertically opening doors and an electric chain conveyor through the centre of the oven. The conveyor system would normally move items through the oven but could be blanked off if not required. To my knowledge the three powder coating units consist of one high production unit , one medium production unit and one for hand powder coating. Also included is an air drying unit. Can easily arrange freight to Melbourne as there are two semis per week going to Campbellfield . 

I have added some pics of other items included it the sale including the air drier machine .The internal dimensions of the oven are 2100mm high , 2600mm deep , 1700mm wide. The oven was built bu Morewood with the controls by Helfire Combustion Industries and the burner and gas gear by Eclipse. The temp cutout setting at the moment is 450 deg centigrade but the thermistat goes up to 1000 deg C. The oven is made for higher than usual temperatures as it was also used for glazing hot water system tanks as well as powder coating their cabinets.Some of the chain conveyor motors and systems are included.
