3 Years limited warranty only applies to the original customers who click on Buyit now. Please be aware that any unauthorised repairs carried out on any of our products will result in the Warranty being voided.
Shipping costs for original purchases are non-refundable, regardless of reason for return.
All items must be deemed damaged by a member of our service department prior to repair or replacement. Once your item has been inspected, you will be contacted by a Marlin Tackle representative. If no damage is found, return of the product will be at the customers expense. Please note there are no refunds on items outside the return policy timeframes stipulated.
Marlin Tackle limited warranty covers the item against defects in materials and workmanship for the 3 years from the original owner purchase with a valid dated proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover resellers and proof of identity and purchase must be substantiated when registering a claim. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accident, neglect, alteration or normal wear and tear. This warranty will be null and void if the original owner cannot be verified or unauthorised repairs have been carried out on the item. Damage due to defect will be assessed at the company’s discretion and be either repaired or replaced at no charge. This warranty does not include freight, insurance and handling charges.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product and does not cover incidental or consequential damages and losses due to the failure of the product.
Should your product fail, contact Marlin Tackle at Marlintackle@hotmail.com with your name, return mailing address, contact numbers, email address and a description of the events that caused the failure of the product or suspected defect.
Once the information is assessed and accepted you will then be asked to send the item in a disposable container, prepaid and insured with valid dated proof of purchase. All items must be deemed faulty by a member of our service department to be covered by warranty. Once your item has been inspected, you will be contacted by a Marlin Tackle representative. If an item is found not to be faulty for any one of the above reasons, it will be returned to the customer at the customers expense and no replacement item will be given.
If the item is deemed faulty then it will be repaired or replaced and the companies expense.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the items. Costs associated with the return of unwanted goods are the responsibility of the buyer.

All goods returned must be suitably packaged, we cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit back to un-damaged.
Any items returned damaged or used will be returned to the buyer at the buyers cost and no refund will be provided.
