Very simple procedure where I send you a link via email to gain access to your computer to do the repairs (more info). Once finished the program is removed and I can no longer access your computer.  

Remote Assistance is a cheaper and more convenient way we can help you with any computer related. TuneUp's, Software Troubleshooting, Configurations and Installations, Maintenance, etc.

Cost: $25 per half hour (buy as many hours as you like here)
