Have you signed a no signature released with Fedex? If you signed this agreement with Fedex. This mean Fedex will drop the package in front of your door without asking you to sign for receiving. It is very serious that will cause the package may be stolen.  It will not cover by insuranced if you sign no signature released with fedex, If you have signed it before. Please use the tracking no. and call fedex don't drop the package at your door, and required them must need to your signature.  It will give you the greatest protection. Due to some customers signed this agreement with fedex,  Fedex will only drop the package and run away. May be customers at the beginning to signed with fedex for some very low cost items.  However, this greement with afect all your future delivery, they will just drop it and run away.   If you need them delivery to your office, you can use the tracking no. to arrange a best time for delivery or request fedex hold the package at their fedex station nearest you and wait for you to collect it.

Return policy

You have 7 days observation period.  Full refund (minus shipping cost, paypal fee and ebay fee) if not as described.  But not for change of mind.  For the Defect item.  will replace a new one for the first month.  You must return with same condition same as I sent you. and all packing material inside the box,  no matter it is a plastic bag etc..  otherwise will only provide repairing service.
