This book is one of the 'Local Flavour Series' and contains a fascinating history of the area, anecdotes and a taste of the past in old time recipes which may have been partaken of, by the early settlers of the area. 

Sections are titled: Introduction; Old Timers; Restaurants and tearooms; Popular Pubs; Arts and crafts; Freemantle Folk.

This series is similar in style to the well known sketchbook series but with recipes!

A delightful book and the sketches are lovely.

This book is in excellent condition. 

There are 96 pages and it measures 14.5cm x 22.5cm.
