You are looking at Cool-Oz vest

This Cool-Oz fire retardant vest is royal blue with a heavy black zip in the middle on the front. It is easy to take it off and put it back on again. There are two Velcro adjustments to suit your needs on the shoulders and on the sides of your waist. One size fits all. Waist measure from 80cm to 120cm

 If use as a cooling vest there are two pockets on the inside of the chest and two on the back which you can put an ice pack in each pocket.
