Free Standard Shipping:

• Free Shipping applies to Standard only (delivery time 5−10 business days). If you would like to receive the product within 2−5 business days please select Priority Mail or Express Mail.
• Free Shipping applies to U.S. Addresses only.
• In addition to the iCopic return policy all Copic product returns will incur exact shipping costs and subject to a $2.50 handling fee.

Returns

• We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase from iCopic. If you, for whatever reason, are not entirely satisfied with the item bought, you may return it and receive a full refund less shipping and handling and insurance costs.
• Refunds must be requested within 2 days upon receipt of goods.
• A 10% restocking fee will be applied.
• A refund will be issued within 2−3 business days once we have received the product and upon passing our inspection. If for any reason, after our inspection it is found Not Defective, we will be unable to provide you with a refund. Returning this item to you will be at the customers’ expense.

Instructions:

• You will need our return form with authorization and guidelines in advance.
• Once authorized it is your responsibility to make sure that the item arrives to us in the same condition as it reached your end destination.
• Once the item has reached our warehouse a full refund (excl. shipping and insurance) will be issued to you, by the same payment method made to us.

International Buyer Shipping & Handling Information

• International buyers please remember that iCopic are NOT responsible for buyer taxes, duties, fees, & customs. All customs declarations will be properly completed and we will absolutely WILL NOT mark item as GIFT or reduce the purchase amount.
• Canadian Buyer’s – iCopic ships with UPS and USPS to Canada, therefore if for any reason you preferred us not to ship the product to you by UPS or USPS please make sure that you informed us prior to purchasing. Thank you.

• Once a package reaches your country it will be processed and handled by the foreign Customs for appropriate clearance process. Your package will then are delivered by the partnering local Post Office. If you decide to refuse any shipments from iCopic.com, you are responsible for the original shipping cost to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to iCopic.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
• Shipping − We strongly recommend that all international buyers purchase insurance since we are Not Responsible for the lost or damage of your package. If you choose to select USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate International or USPS First Class Mail International as your shipping service please keep in mind that USPS does NOT offer a reference number or insurance therefore selecting this service at your own risk.
