New with tags Country Kids girls size 8-9 socks the shoe size would be 12-6. Hot colors of teal and dark brown over the knee socks The pattern is Dot Dash and the color is foam, how great!  They can be pulled up high or scrunched down, super with skirts or over leggings and skinny jeans. Machine wash warm tumble dry. Made from 65% cotton, 20% nylon and 15% spandex.   From a non-smoking home that does not have any pets. This pattern and color is being discontinued this year,
