Cover Only for Safe & Sound Booster Seat called I think it's called the 'URBAN', it's the late model with the deeper wings and came with a removable head cushion (not included),. Great for replacing an old worn one...(please be sure you are replacing it on the correct seat)
Black velour and interelock with a mesh pocket to right side (when looking at seat) as in picture
Its in excellent used condition, few minor snags.
