Cow Rock Reserve Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot Cabernet Franc Vintage 1999 (1x750ml bottle)

Full bodied and generous, this wine displays dominant fruit characters, ripe tannins and a great length. This is a complex and robust wine which will certainly reward careful cellaring.

Our wines are carefully cellared in a climate controlled environment. Detailed description and pictures of the respective bottle follows below:

	ULLAGE Ullage is the fill level of the wine in a bottle and is a way of assessing wine condition. A reduction in wine level is a natural occurrence that happens over time due to leakage or evaporation. We make every possible effort to accurately describe the ullage of each wine that is being listed. We do not differentiate levels that are into the neck as that difference can be due to variation in fills at time of bottling. We do provide a graphic description for your viewing. Bordeaux style bottle: There are six levels of indication. Base of Neck, Very High Shoulder, High Shoulder, Mid High Shoulder, Mid Shoulder and Low Mid Shoulder. Burgundy style bottle: Fill level is measured by the space between the wine and the cork.

For buyers who require re-cellaring of wines, payment is still required within 5 days from the end of each auction.

Please ensure that your delivery address is current before making payment. We will not be liable for loss or additional cost incurred in the event that incorrect delivery address was provided.

Items will be dispatched after payment has been confirmed. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery, especially for interstate buyers.

Please be advised of possible delays as we do not dispatch wines when extreme temperature are forecasted. This is to ensure that quality of your wines are maintained during transit. However, we will release your wines upon your request if you do wish to have them sooner.

No local pick up as wines are stored offsite.

Total amount will be the final auction price plus postage and handling and payment must be made within five days of successful bid.
