This is a NEW UNOPENED package STARTER SET of FOUR Paper Edging Scissors.  They are great for many uses and probably the most common is scrapbooking and children's crafts.  They are sharp edged and not recommended for children under 6 years of age by the manufacturer.  

I don't do scrapbooking myself but I am a crafter and find they come in handy for making nice tags for my hand-made craft items.  I use card stock paper for this.
