If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me and I will give you a return authorization provided the item is unused, has all original packing materials and is in a re-sell able condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Once I receive the item, I will credit you for the cost of the item, less a $2.00 restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable unless I made a mistake in the product shipped or it can be shown to have been defective or damaged prior to shipping.

PAYMENT

I accept PayPal, Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders and personal checks. If paying by PayPal please pay within 3 days of end of auction. If paying by check or money order please mail it so that it will be received within 10 days. 

Please keep in mind that if you make payment by check through PayPal, it can take several days for PayPal to clear the payment. I will ship once I receive notification from PayPal that the payment has cleared. On personal checks the waiting period is usually 10 bank working days.

Please do not send communications with your payment through PayPal. If you have a special request, etc. please send it by e-mail through eBay.




SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Please consider that S&H is more than the cost of of postage, but also includes costs of packaging, Ebay fees, and Paypal fees. 

I combine shipping when possible to save you money. Even though this reduces the shipping charges, please note that there is a handling fee charged on each item that is combined. I do not charge an inflated shipping rate or handling fee. Combined shipping will only work if all of the items you order will fit into one box. If your items will require more than one box to ship I reserve the right to override the shipping calculator on the listings and contact you with the correct shipping cost. If you have a question as to whether your combined purchase will fit into one box please contact me prior to bidding. This is not usually an issue and the shipping calculator will be correct. 

I have a shipping schedule set to ship you items within 24-72 hours of cleared payment. I send a shipping confirmation E-mail. 

I ship WORLDWIDE, but it will take longer receive your item. ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS REQUIRE A PHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMS.


ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

I make every effort to ship you items in a manner that will prevent damage; however there are still times when an item may be damaged in transit. If you receive an item that is damaged please keep all of the packing material including the boxes, wrapping, bubble wrap, etc. and contact me so that I can assist in filing a damage claim with the carrier in instances when insurance is required. This is both for your protection and ours. Insurance is included on purchases over $100. There will be an additional charge for packages with value less than $100. The price shown on listings for US Mail does not include insurance and it must be purchased at your request for an additional cost
