If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, notify me by email or phone, and I will promptly issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Any item listed as “all sales final” will not be accepted for return, and no refund or credit will be issued. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to my error.
To assist me in expediting your return, exchange and/or refund, I ask that you:
• Contact me prior to returning the merchandise.
• Return the merchandise to me within 7 days of the date you received it.
• Return products in their original packaging in resalable condition.
• Include accessories.
• Include a copy of the invoice and/or packing slip.
• Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box so I can easily identify your package when it arrives and handle your return promptly.
Refunds are made in the same form as your payment and will be issued within 7 days of my receipt of the returned merchandise. If your payment was made by personal check, your refund will be held until we confirm that your check has cleared. You may elect to receive credit instead of a refund. |
