Payment Terms

COMMUNICATION IS TO BE RECEIVED WITHIN 2 DAYS OF ITEM ENDING

Payment terms are 5 days. Preferred payment method is Direct Bank Deposit but you can use Paypal if required. If you use Paypal eCheques please be advised that it can take up to 5 business days (weekends not included) for funds to be cleared and deposited into my account - normal bank deposits only take around 2 business days.

If payment is not received within 5 days an unpaid item dispute will be raised through eBay, which could result in a black mark against your user profile, so if you can't pay please don’t bid.

Paypal now have a 'Buyer/Seller Protection Policy' in place, to be covered by this policy your item will need to be sent via Registered Post or Express post so that your item is traceable. If you don't have your item sent via Registered Post or Express Post you will not be able to claim for any loss or damage caused to your item during shipment.

Postage & Handling Fee

I do not try to profit from postal charges on my listings so I have included a one off fee of $2.00 to cover packaging costs & materials (eg. bubblewrap, packing paper, wrapping paper, fragile tape, packing tape, mailing boxes, Padded bags, toughbags etc).

Wherever possible I try to use the calculated method of shipping in my item listings as this gives you a good idea of what it will cost me to ship your parcel. The $2.00 P&H fee is included in listing postage cost. I am also more than happy to combine shipping - within reason - but the $2.00 handling fee will still apply to the additional items. Pick up can be arranged for most items - please ask. All postage costs on my listings are for Australian residents only.

If you do not agree with my Postage & Handling fee - Please DO NOT bid on my items and give me a poor feedback rating for 'Postage & Handling Charges' due to my Postage & Handling fee which has been disclosed to you prior to you bidding on the item.

Registered Post

Registered Post offers you the peace of mind that your parcel can be traced and offers compensation for loss or damage of up to $100. If you would like to have the registered post option for your shipment, please select the Registered Post shipping option on checkout OR if you are unsure how to do this, let me know and I will send you an invoice with registered post included.

Registered Post will incur an additional cost of $2.80 - this is what Australia Post charges - I have not added any additional costs unlike many other sellers.

If your item is sent via regular post then I do not take any responsibility for any damages incurred to your item or for your item going missing or being lost.

Approximate Postage Times

Regular Post: 2-6 business days depending on your location.

Express Post: next business day - within the Express Post domestic network.

Registered Post: 2-6 business days depending on your location.

Pick Up Terms

I am happy to accept cash on pick up if it is convenient for you, if not - please make payment via Direct Bank Deposit or Paypal.

As I work full time collection is only available within the time frames listed below. I do not sell from a store – you will be collecting your items from my home. It is MANDATORY that you contact me FIRST to arrange an appropriate time to collect your item(s) that suits BOTH of us and that is within the times listed below.

Buyers are not permitted to just "drop in" on my front door step or say they are "just around the corner" & want to collect items - as I may not be home. I am aware that most people would not do this as it is extremely rude, but unfortunately I have had to put this paragraph in for those of us who weren't in line when they were handing out manners!

Collections can be arranged within the following time frames:
Monday to Friday: 5.30pm - 8.00pm
Saturday 4.00pm - 8.00pm
Sunday 4.00pm - 6.00pm 

Please ring me or send me an email and we can arrange an appropriate time for both of us for you to collect your item.

Returns

If you receive your item and it's not as described please contact us to arrange an appropriate solution. We always try to describe items as thoroughly as possible & provide photos for your reference. If you are unsure about something regarding the item you are interested in it is your responsibility to ask questions and/or request further photos.
