Q. Are the hypnosis CDs dangerous?

A. No definitely not. However if you suffer from any MAJOR mental health condition such as Schizophrenia, Multiple Personality Disorder, Bi Polar Disorder etc. Please inform your doctor that you are using the CDs.

Q. Can I use more than one CD at a time?

A. Yes you can, but it is better and more effective to limit the use to a maximum of 1 in the morning and another at night. Some people have reported success by simply putting the CDs on repeat, quietly at night, and then going to sleep.

Q. What are the subliminal messages on the CDs?

A. The subliminal messages on the CDs are short one or two word statements recorded just below normal decibel level and under layered in the recording mix. All of the subliminal messages are positive statements that are congruent with the title of the CD. It is not a requirement of law that the phrases of the subliminal messages be stated. It is however a legal requirement to inform any listener that the CDs do contain subliminal messages. Sometimes when there are no hypnosis words being spoken, if you turn the volume up high, you may hear a scratching type of sound below the Theta and F sharp. These are the subliminal messages and even though your conscious mind cannot understand them, your subconscious mind can unscramble and understand them perfectly.

Q. How long can I expect to wait before I notice any changes?

A. The time for the CDs to produce their effectiveness varies from person to person. Some people get almost immediate results whilst other people may not notice anything tangible for 2 or 3 weeks. Once consciousness is predominant in the right brain, then reality testing becomes much less predominant and the mind is more inclined to accept what it is told. There are about 20% of people, termed Somnambulists who are quickly capable of achieving a deep theta (trance) state at the insistence of a hypnotist, once this state is achieved the subject literally becomes like "Putty In The Hands" of the stage hypnotist.

Q. What happens if I fall asleep?

A. If you fall asleep while you are using a CD then your subconscious mind will continue listening regardless. In fact most users report that they felt the entire experience has lasted only 5 minutes or so, where in actual fact an hour has passed. Others say that they thought they had heard the whole CD but hear something completely different the next time they listen. This is an indication that the listener is drifting in and out of deep and light hypnosis.

Q. What negative side effects have been reported from people who have used the CDs?

A degree can sometimes be mean little in judging the effectiveness of a health care practitioner. What Is Hypnosis

In simple language hypnosis is an altered state of mind where the subconscious mind is in control while the conscious mind is detached. People that are under the influence of alcohol or daydreaming are in a semi hypnotic stage. This explains why an intoxicated person is fairly easy to persuade into doing something.

The conscious mind is that part of the mind that is rational & analytical. It is unfortunately shaped by experiences and influenced by a number of sources including the media which are present in ones daily life. The subconscious mind on the other hand operates in an almost automatic manner & can be instructed to act in the best interests of that individual without obstruction from outside influences. Therefore hypnotherapy targets the subconscious mind to bring about change from within.

It is important at this point to be made aware that this is clinical hypnotherapy and not stage hypnosis. Furthermore as the change is brought about by the individual themselves the instructions to the subconscious mind will only be acted on if they are beneficial to the person i.e. People won't do things that are harmful to them. This can be seen by an underweight person listening to the weight loss CD and then gaining weight. What happens is that the message is for the person to take steps to achieve an optimum weight. If they are under the optimum weight the subconscious mind will instruct them to gain rather than lose weight.

The CDs’ use the spoken voice to distract the conscious mind while patented frequencies in the tones of Theta Rhythm & F sharp induce a state of deep hypnosis. While the spoken words differ in each CD to enhance the outcome required the underlying frequencies are identical as these have been obtained through extensive research.

How Do The Hypnosis CDs Work

The CDs induce a state of deep hypnosis via the special patented frequency combination. Once the deep state of hypnosis has been induced, usually about five minutes, then the directly spoken suggestions and the positive subliminal messages are heard and accepted by the subconscious mind.

What many people don’t understand is that the human brain doesn’t readily learn how to think. We are born with thinking as a natural ability and to acquire knowledge the brain simply keeps recording what it sees or hears consciously until a pattern is formed in the subconscious mind. These patterns are often referred to as habits. The CDs change the unwanted patterns and replace them with more desirable ones.

Another way to explain this is that the subconscious mind is like a hard drive on a computer, whilst the conscious mind is like a continuously changing floppy disc. For example an individual with a well developed conscious mind to an intelligence level comparable to that of Einstein could consciously process a maximum of only 7 thoughts at any given moment. The subconscious mind by contrast has about 50 trillion cells to regulate and many other functions to perform via the sympathetic and para sympathetic nervous systems and it does this automatically with minimal input from the conscious mind.

To put it in even more simple terms, the conscious mind is our fight-flight and rational thinking survival mind. The subconscious mind is everything else, and to think that the process which can handle at most 7 pieces of incoming information (conscious mind) as opposed to the underlying process (subconscious mind) which can assimilate up to 400 trillion responses at the same time, is at best ludicrous. If you want to make significant and lasting changes (form new habits) it can only ever be done via repetition at a subconscious level.

Taking this into account, the subconscious mind is also very active whilst the body is sleeping. Therefore it has been often demonstrated that the positive benefits of the CDs can also be acquired by simply listening to the CD as you are about to drop off to sleep.

How To Use The Hypnosis CDs

Using the CDs couldn’t be easier.

To get the best results they can be used as a normal hypnotherapy session whenever the client has an hour to spare and up to 3 times in a 24 hour period.

Do not use more than 3 CDs within the same time frame. For example a combination of 3 CDs using one title per day will still yield good effects for all of the chosen topics. However if more than 3 topics are focused upon during the allotted usage time frame the effects will probably become diluted for some people. Some people report good results by using one title in the morning and another a night while they are sleeping.

Never Use the CDs whilst driving a vehicle or operating machinery. Driving immediately after using the CD is quite safe.

EPILEPSY? The CDs have never been reported to bring on attacks of epilepsy or seizures. However if a person suffers from the maladies it is best that they consult their medical doctor before proceeding. If the use of the CDs were to instigate an epileptic fit or seizure then it would be no different or more severe than what would be experienced without the use of the CD.
