You can transfer albums and songs from CDs to your ZEN player in MP3 or WMA format with the Audio CD Ripper. And pre-listen to songs streaming from the player on your PC before transferring them to your computer's music library.

120 Day Warranty/ Return Policy:

On top of the Manufacturer's 90 day warranty I'm personally offering an extension to 120 days as an expression of my confidence in this product. This means that this item is protected against Dead On Arrival (DOA) or malfunction under normal use for 120 days and that I will replace any item that I am notified is defective within 120 days of delivery.  If I am unable to provide a replacement, the buyer will be refunded in full (including postage charges within Australia).  Any returns must include: an approval email from me, product serial # and a detailed problem description.
