Practice for U13-17Individual practice routines should be built by each player. They need to take ownership, and responsibility, of creating quality batting, bowling and fielding practice. They need to work as a team, 2 batsmen in the nets, 4-6 bowlers in the nets and the rest doing drills together or in pairs and swapping when the quicks need a rest. They need to understand you play as you train.
